I’ve worked in Human Resources for two decades, and been a keen hiker for over 35 years.

In managing my way through my professional life I’ve often found myself using the same passion, principles and discipline I use to safely and successfully navigate my wilderness experiences, to create unique pathways to success for individuals and organisations alike.

  • Everything starts with a conversation. We'll commence with a free consultation to determine your needs (and if we'll make great collaborators) then take things from there. It's critical that we operate with full understanding and the same goal.

  • At Walk It Out Consulting, I believe that every project is unique and requires a tailored approach. My pricing is dynamic, reflecting the specific needs of each client and the value my services will bring to their organisation. I work closely with my clients to ensure that my fees are always fair, reasonable, and aligned with the scope of the assignment, the results desired, and the time frame necessary for success.

    By prioritising both transparency and flexibility, I aim to deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations, while always ensuring our services remain accessible and valuable.

  • Timelines depend on the project and the service being utilised.

    People and Culture Consulting has a minimum of 1 full day per engagement.

    Off the shelf training programs can be delivered in half day blocks, with variable time-frames for customised courses.

    Business Coaching for individuals is typically a 12 week, 12 session commitment with each session being 45 minutes.

    Group coaching assignment time-frames are requirement dependent.

  • I emigrated to Australia from the UK in 2001 - after meeting the love of my life in Albuquerque, New Mexico USA in 1999, during 2 years of world travels.

    I started my own coaching practice in 2002 and commenced my HR career in 2006.

    Outside of work I'm a keen hiker, amateur photographer, movie lover and addicted to self development books!

    Most importantly, I'm a dedicated father & husband and someone who just wants to make the world a better place.
